I facilitate retreats and coach transformational journeys with individuals and teams. I have 35 years experience facilitating retreats and coaching professionals. In my work I utilize the Enneagram, 4th Way Teachings and the Diamond Approach. I am certified with Integrative Enneagram Solutions for individuals and teams, The Enneagram In Conscious Living and Enneagram Teacher certification under Russ Hudson and the Enneagram Institute.
I’m passionate about inner work and being part of communities that strengthen each other to live with meaning and purpose. I deeply enjoy coaching and supporting individuals and groups to reach for their dreams, build healthy relationships, homes, work spaces and atmospheres.
